ATLANTA, Ga. — Police are investigating a shooting that left a 30-year-old man dead in southeast Atlanta late Monday evening.

Officers responded to the 400 block of Englewood Avenue after reports of a shooting just before 11 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The identity of the victim was not released by police.

Police are searching for suspect. The investigation into what led up to the shooting continues.
