CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — A man has pleaded guilty to bringing guns to the Reinhardt University campus to confront a student last year, Georgia federal prosecutors say.
According to prosecutors, Joshua Rex drove to the campus with two fully loaded guns and extra magazines of ammunition in July of 2024.
Rex was stopped and arrested as he entered the campus.
He is scheduled to be sentenced in July.
