DEKALB COUNTY, GA — A 14-year-old has now been charged in the killing of a man who was found shot to death inside a car at a DeKalb County apartment complex on Watling Road back last month.
The victim was identified as 18-year-old Dionte Brown.
Police say Friday they arrested a 14-year-old whose name is not being released.
He has been charged with murder and armed robbery.
