CLAYTON COUNTY, GA — Clayton County Police have identified the teenager shot and killed outside a Kroger on Tara Boulevard. Authorities say 17-year-old Qi’Adrian Gordon died after being shot multiple times in the store’s parking lot.

Witnesses told investigators they heard four gunshots and then saw a vehicle speeding away from the scene.

The suspect, identified by police as Yahiko West, was arrested and charged with malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The investigation is ongoing. Police are urging anyone with information to call 911.
