GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — Gwinnett county re-activates select school zone speed cameras Monday as summer classes begin across the county.

10 of the district’s 13 schools with cameras will resume sending out violations as the county works to reduce dangerous speeding.

The county says it’s only allowed to operate the cameras on days where school is in session.

The cameras operate at no cost to taxpayers.
