TUCKER, GA — A Tucker family is safe after escaping a house fire early Thursday morning, but their cat remains missing.

Firefighters say one resident awoke to the smell of smoke and discovered flames inside the home on Robinhill Court. Everyone inside was able to get out without injury.

Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the fire.
