Actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner dies at 54

Award-winning actor, director and producer Malcolm-Jamal Warner has died at age 54, according to TMZ.

Warner is best known for his role as Theo Huxtable on “The Cosby Show.”

According to TMZ, Warner died in a accidental drowning incident.

According to the bio on his website, he has worked on multiple Tv shows and movies, including “Amazon’s “Sneaky Pete,” TNT’s “Major Crimes,” “Suits” on USA, “American Horror Story: Freak Show” for FX, “Sons of Anarchy” for FX, “Community,” “The Michael J. Fox Show,” “Hawthorne,” “The Cleaner,” and “Dexter.” In 2011 Warner produced, directed, and starred in the BET original series “Reed Between the Lines.”
