David Nicholas

Host of RetireReady

David Nicholas is the President and Founder of Nicholas Wealth Management and an experienced voice in financial media. He is a weekly guest on Fox Business, appearing regularly with Stuart Varney and Charles Payne.

David hosts RetireReady on 95.5 FM WSB and 106.3 FM, and also hosts the RetireReady television show, airing Sundays at 10:00 AM on WANF and at 11:30 AM on CBS.

David lives in Marietta with his wife, Kristin, and their children, Isabella, Sophia, and Luke. His top priority outside of work is time with his family. They attend Church of the Apostles in Atlanta. David also serves as a board member of Life Resources of Georgia, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Georgia families, and regularly gives back by speaking on leadership, government, and public policy at schools throughout the Atlanta area.

Aaron Jones, CPA
Tax Strategist & Wealth Advisor, Nicholas Wealth

Aaron Jones is the in-house Certified Public Accountant for Nicholas Wealth and holds his Series 65 license. He focuses on advanced tax planning and tax mitigation strategies, helping clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. tax code to reduce unnecessary taxation on investments, retirement accounts, and estates.

Aaron lives in Kennesaw with his wife, Raney, their two sons, Theo and Tatum, and their two dogs, Ollie and Murphy.

Bailey Woods
Wealth Advisor & Financial Planner, Nicholas Wealth

Bailey Woods brings over 10 years of financial planning and wealth management experience, including eight years with Goldman Sachs in their Wealth Management division. He provides comprehensive, holistic planning for corporate executives, business owners, and retirees—integrating investment management, tax planning and preparation, retirement planning, and estate planning.

Before entering financial services, Bailey served six years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps, including a deployment to Afghanistan. He also spent four years teaching high school social studies and coaching football and track and field.

Bailey’s education includes a degree in public administration, a Master of Arts in Teaching, an MBA, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Graduate Certificate in Business Data Analytics. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, along with Georgia Life and Health Insurance and Variable Products licenses.

Bailey resides in Kennesaw with his wife, Taylor, their three children—Blakely, Payton, and Weston—and their three dogs. They attend Burnt Hickory Baptist Church, where Bailey serves as a deacon and small group leader. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors with his family and cheering on his kids at sporting events.
